19 year old Manchester based producer Pale collaborates with the poet Joshua Idehen for the first GETME! release of 2013. The Manchester native explores low frequencies from a decidedly moodier angle whilst Joshua's vocal pin point all things London. Having previoulsy collaborared with the likes of LV, Idehen takes on a more poetic presence here, with lyrics that should resonate deeply to anyone who's lived in our capital. Dam Mantle re works the title track, channeling his Lovers' Rights moniker to great effect.
XLR8R - Pale "One To Watch / Bubblin' Up 2013."
FACT magazine - "Idehen is a great encapsulation of many facets of England's long standing, and constantly evolving, MC tradition."
The Line Of Best Fit - "Pale's Catacombs EP feels like the precursor to some promising things in 2013."
Hyponik - "One of many emerging talents from Manchester, Pale is making smooth, atmospheric jams that border the broken realms of hip-hop, house and garage."
